Project Based Approach
One of BrightBean’s engagement types is the traditional project based approach, which consists of us performing a “discovery” of your current and/or new needs and then providing an estimate. As this is an estimate however, our final total may differ based upon new information, change requests, etc.
As with all of our engagement types, we do our best to remain flexible and transparent. Toward these goals, we schedule weekly meeting with your team to review, prioritize and plan. We try to keep our roll-outs frequent and manageble. This has several benefits including gaining use of the application quicker as well as being able to identify and make necessary changes to the initial design if needed.
Benefits/Comments:
The project base approach is often initially adopted until an MVP (Minimally Viable Product) is achieved. Once this milestone is reached, development resources can be tapered down to a Fractional Development approach.
